All live, hall bidder and online purchases must be paid for on auction day with cash, money order, chec, eCheck or credit card. 5. There is a $25 NICS charge for all NJ firearms transfers/NICs checks. 6. No long gun will be transferred in NJ without a FID card, Drivers License, 4473, NICS, and Certificate of Eligibility. 7. No handgun will be transferred without a FID card, Drivers License, 4473, NICS, and Permit to Purchase. 8. We will do out of state sales and transfers to the respective state FFL dealer. All out of state purchases must be shipped to an FFL. If a firearm is not compliant in purchaser state we will not ship the gun. All buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. 9. In the event of clerical or clerking errors during the online auction, all live bids will take precedence over the online platform. 10. There is a packing fee of $25 for each long gun shipped and $10 for each handgun. All guns sales are handled by in house packing. 11.
