Do not bid if you do not intend on following through We have several bidders who choose to not pay for thier items. You will be banned from our auctions in the future Many of the LIONEL items are from a high end collection of RARE cars. We will not start these items at an unRealistic low price with a reserve. We will start them at Fair Market Value pricing.

All sales are final. Products are as pictured and considered As Is Where Is. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. All engines will be run/tested before shipping. Shipping if required will be invoiced separately. 10% buyers premium added to all winning bids plus 6% KY sales tax. Tax exempt customers can have sales tax waved by providing resell certificate. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the sale in the case of system failures. All items need to be picked up within our pickup days. (Tuesday-Thursday 11:00-4:00 EST) Items not picked up those days will be resold for a storage fee Berkshire Trains & Vintage Toys will keep. You can preview at our business located at 209 Rosemont Gardens in Lexington KY 40503 A valid credit card will need to be used to bid on our sale. You can choose to pay cash upon pickup by letting us know prior to your card being charged. When registering click “notes to auctioneer” and specify if you will be paying cash or check or we will use the card on file for payment.
