Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and re-open the auction if the need arises for technical difficulties or other unforeseen complications. All sales are AS IS, WHERE IS. All descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not warrantied or guaranteed. Bidder inspection is permitted during posted preview times. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Applicable state and local tax will be applied to all Nebraska residents and to all pickup buyers. Those exempt from Nebraska sales tax must provide a copy of NE Form 13 prior to check out. No exceptions! Out of state buyers will not be charged sales tax if items are being shipped. Out of state buyers are responsible for following their own states laws regarding taxes for on-line purchases. Auctoneer reserves the right to reject any bid at Auctioneer's sole discretion.

Payment Terms	Buyers paying cash at pick-up will pay only a 9% buyer premium. Any buyer planning to pick up and pay cash must notify the Auctioneer prior to the end of the auction. Buyers who have not given notice of in-person payment will be charged a buyer's premium of 12% and will be direct billed to the credit card on file. Charges will include hammer price, buyer premium, and all applicable taxes. After items have been packaged for shipping the credit card on file will be charged a second time for shipping costs, handling fees of $5 per package, plus any applicable taxes. Shipping / Pick Up

Pick up will be Dec 5 from 10am-2pm at Heritage Presbyterian Church, 880 S 35th St, Lincoln. Text Ron (402-419-8992) or Lance (402-730-6383) with questions. Any items not claimed at the in-person pick-up will be charged, boxed and shipped (see Payment Notes for fees). All amounts owed will be charged to the buyer's credit card on file.
