REGISTRATION: All information provided by bidder/buyer during the registration process must be current, complete, and accurate. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older. Trash To Treasures Online Auctions, at its sole discretion, may deny registration to any person. To register a credit card is required to have on file. This will only be charged if you have not paid or contacted us within 7 days of the auction closing. DISCLAIMER: When you place a bid, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. All lots are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. We do our best to include any flaws on our listings, but we encourage bidders to inspect items in person before bidding. It is up to the bidder/buyer to determine the condition and value of each lot. Item descriptions are based on our best knowlede. No refunds, exchanges or credits allowed. Trash To Treasures Online Auctions reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason and also reserves the right to cancel this auction, or remove any item or lot from this auction prior to the close of bidding. BUYER'S PREMIUM AND SALES TAX: Unless a specific auction states otherwise, a 10% buyer's premium will be charged on all items and lots. Every bidder/buyer pays the same buyer's premium and should bid accordingly. For example, if you bid $100 on an item at the auction you will be charged $110 for the item on your auction invoice. Please take this into consideration when bidding. A 6% MI sales tax applies. BIDDING: When you place your maximum bid, the current bid price doesn't automatically jump to your max bid. Your bid will go to the next highest increment and will be increased as other people bid against you. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. By placing any bids you have agreed by legal contract that your bid or max bid is what you are willing to pay for that specific lot(s). The buyer agrees and is responsible for every bid amount placed. AUCTION ENDING: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot every few seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last two (2) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will automatically extend the auction for an additional two (2) minutes. When the auction is complete, you will be emailed an invoice. PAYMENT: We will not automatically charge your card on file. All buyers must pay for their purchases in full within the scheduled removal dates after auction ending. Trash To Treasures Online Auction accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Major Credit Cards, PayPal, Cashier's Check, or money orders. There will be a 3% fee on all credit/debit card payments. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the bidder/buyer at time of payment and the bidder/buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. Pickup: All successful bids must be picked up within scheduled removal dates of that specific auction unless other arrangements have been made. No items can be removed until Trash To Treasures Online Auctions has received and acknowledged payment in full. Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and removal of all items purchased without assistance from Trash To Treasures Online Auctions. Please bring your own packaging and boxes. We do offer shipping on select lots. We charge a $5 handling fee and the exact shipping cost. You will be invoiced seperatly for shipping. Please contact us if you would like us to ship to you. We use United States Postal Service. Any items not picked up by scheduled removal dates (for that specific auction), will have a $3 per day storage fee starting after removal dates. Trash to Treasures Online Auctions will hold purchases for 7 days. After the 7th day, Trash To Treasures Online Auctions will charge the card on file for your items and the storage fee. After 30 days from receipt of payment, you forfeit ownership of all items back to Trash To Treasures Online Auctions. Trash To Treasures Online Auctions reserves the right to resell any property forfeited by the conclusion of the stated removal period. TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet or any other online auction-related technologies, Trash To Treasures Online Auctions, reserve the right to extend bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software, nor Trash To Treasures Online Auctions, shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. Trash To Treasures Online Auctions has full discretion to modify the date and time, order, and details of the auction due to technical issues or emergencies.
