Description
This a sale for a friend who is selling some furniture and small items in his home. Mostly he is selling his coins and silver bullion. There are also some tools and jewelry. The jewelry has a lot of sterling and .925 included.The sale will also have pocket knives and Waterford Crystal. Also some by Tiffany & Co. Some Furniture-both indoor and Wicker for the patio. We also have a Damascus Sheath Knife which I think is new. We have Clock tools form a clock makers lathe and hand tools. Mantle clocks and movements. A like new Mary Frances Purse. Auction Terms & Conditions Bidding notice: Credit Cards will be charged immediately following auction close and email notification will be sent Thursday night or Friday morning after auction closes. Auction closes starting at 6:00 pm CST Dec 3, 2020. If not paid in full and only a partial payment is taken on a credit or debit card then we will contact you by either phone or email to let you know. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS YOU BID ON. We will hold your money and figure out which items you can get if not paid in full by the beginning of pick up on Friday. The rest of the items will be sold to recoup our cost. NO REFUNDS DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP YOUR PURCHASES ON FRIDAY FROM NOON TILL 4 OR ON SAT FROM 9-2. THERE IS A 15% BUYERS PREMIUM. Auction is for local pickup only. Shipping will be available on some of the smaller items.You will need to check with us PRIOR to the auction to see if we can ship your item you are interested in bidding on. All sales are final. All items are sold *as is-where is* with all faults, blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale certificate is filed with us before bidding begins on this auction. Credit Card will be charged at the end of the auction. We will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction.
We prefer you pick up your items. We will ship some of the smaller items but you need to contact us prior to the sale to see if we can ship it. If we do ship it out, we charge $10.00 per piece and the total cost of supplies and postage. On some of the items you SHOULD get the insurance. That is at your expense. Once it leaves here it is yours. It will be shipped and packed carefullybut we are not responsible for the way shippers treat your package.
