Terms and Conditions

By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. There may be items we can ship for you but you must contact us before the auction ends to verify items can be shipped. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction and 6% MI sales tax unless you show proper documentation that you have a valid MI sales tax license for resale. Please review all tabs for more information on viewing times, payment, pick up times and dates and more detailed terms. Firearms Sales Terms: All firearm buyers are subject to ATF NICS background check. All ATF documentation is required and will be adheared to and followed as required. Background checks must be run on the bidder who is registered with the auction. Valid State ID or Driver's License required for purchase. There is no exception for those with CPLs. Firearms and transfer fee must be paid for before check will be run. Failure to pass background check does not constitute a valid reason for refund. Please do not bid if you know you cannot own a firearm or if you know you will fail background check. There is a $15 transfer fee on top of the winning bid for all longgun firearm sales and a $25 transfer fee for all handgun sales. Buyer responsible for providing thier own cases for firearms. Trigger locks provided with all handguns where possible. Please contact us before bidding for our firearm shipping policies. Shipping for firearms is available to valid FFL dealers only. Shipping will be by USPS priority mail. Shipping fee is actual cost plus $15 handling fee.

Special Note: For the foreseeable future the following procedures will be enacted for pick up and payment. All purchases will be gathered by invoice by Ridge Crest staff and delivered to buyers curbside at the front of our building. No buyers will be allowed to enter our facility unless absolutely needed. Buyers may call in ahead and pay invoices over the phone by credit card or Ridge Crest staff will meet you outside and payment may be made at that time. If you decide to call in and make payment by credit card please be advised there is still a 3% fee for doing so.

Shipping / Pick Up

Pick up and checkout date is Thursday December 3rd from 10:00am until 7:00pm. This is the only time offered for pick up and payment. All items must be paid for and picked up or have shipping arrangements made during this time without exception. Pick up location is Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers 80839 Main Street Memphis, MI 48041. Please bring packing materials and boxes if you think you might need them. There is no guarantee we will have anything available. Firearms buyers are responsible for bringing thier own cases for transport. Also be prepared to load and pack your own items and bring help if needed. We will offer help as much as we can but sometimes we get so busy we are unable to. If you cannot pay for and pick up your items during these scheduled times please contact us to make other arrangements before Thursday December 3rd at 7:00pm. All items must be paid for by this time without exception. Special Note: Please use the front door of our building for Pick Up ONLY! Insurance costs will be automatically added for orders over $50.00 unless buyer declines by email, verbal message or signed letter. Shipments will only be sent out to verified credit card billing addresses unless pre-approval has been made by Auctioneer. Shipping for firearms is available to valid FFL dealers only. Shipping will be by USPS priority mail. Shipping fee is actual cost plus $15 handling fee.
