Items are sold as is/where is. 5% buyer's premium is charged on top of all bid prices. 4.5% sales tax will be charged on deck, washer, and dryer. 4.0% convenience fee is charged on all credit card transactions. Item Pickup will be in Hitchcock, SD. Shipping is NOT available on this auction. All invoices MUST be paid by 12-7-2020, no exceptions. All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Auctioneers reserve the right to reject any bid at their sole discretion. Auctioneers reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Mobile home is to be removed by January 30, 2021, unless written permission is granted by auctioneer and seller to allow longer time before removal. Washer and Dryer are to be picked up by December 10th, 2020. Deck is to be removed by December 31, 2020. Any items not removed within the alotted time shall be considered abandoned, and ownership will revert to the auction company. Winning bidder of the mobile home may take skirting and addition. If they wish not to take these items, they may dispose of them, on the premises, and not remove. Seller has a place to dispose of unwanted materials (skirting, lumber, etc.) Auctioneer may provide phone numbers to mobile home transporters to assist in the moving process. However, Auctioneer will be in no way responsible for the transportation process, price quotes, or anything else related to the moving of the mobile home.
