" The buyer's premium is 13%. Invoice needs to be paid within 24 hours of the auction. " Shipping arrangements can be done if you let us know right after the auction. Pickups are solely the buyer's responsibility. " I am aware and understand, I forfeit my purchases if I fail to pick up my items or arrange shipping for them by Monday after the auction. " Buyer/Bidder (agent associated with bidder/buyer) is SOLELY responsible for any damage/ injuries made to merchandise and/or property or persons while picking up. We can assist buyers during removal but not responsible for anything that happens in our premises such as injury or broken items.
