Bidding: Starting bid on lots reflects the reserve. Successive bids increase by $1. You may enter a maximum bid and the system will bid on your behalf as may be required. Soft close begins at the designated time with lot #1 and each successive lot every 90 seconds. Those lots with active bidding will remain open until there is no bidding within the last 3 minutes. Pick-Up: This is a local pick-up only auction. Should you desire us to consider shipping, contact us prior to bidding. We may be able to accommodate some shipping situations or local delivery situations, for a fee. Appointments will be made with winning bidders for pick-up. Mask must be worn at pick-up. You MUST bring your own help to retrieve and load your won items. Lots have been “contained” but have not been wrapped. Any portion of a lot deemed abandoned by the winning bidder will result in a fee for clean out at the sole discretion of the company. Winning bidders failing to pick up their lots will be charged for those lots and the dispensation of the lots will be at the sole discretion of the company. Payment: we process credit card or cash payment at pick-up. We do not accept checks. Please be prepared with exact change if paying by cash. Anyone failing to properly pay will incur an inconvenience fee determined by the company. Other: All items are sold “as is, where is”. There is no implied warrant.
