A valid Credit Card is required for bidding approval by HiBid. Please register with the credit card you will be using for auction purchases. HiBid will authenticate the credit card by verifying a $1.00 charge can be applied to your credit card, the $1.00 is not charged to your credit card, it is just to ensure the credit card you have on file is valid. 2. Cash or checks will not be accepted as payment, this is a Credit Card Only Auction. Please ensure your credit card on file with HiBid is correct prior to November 23rd. Any changes to your credit card number on file must be done through HiBid Customer Support at (352) 414-1947. 3. Bidders will be emailed a paid in full invoice NLT than 5:00PM on Monday, November 23rd. 4. If payment is declined Johnson Properties Realtors & Auctioneers, Inc. will file a non-paying bidder complaint with HiBid and resell the items. Defaulted bidders will be black-flagged in our database as a non-paying bidder. Johnson Properties reserves the right to sell to the next highest qualified Bidder and/or Buyer in the event the successful high Bidder and/or Buyer do not comply with the terms of the sale. By bidding on the items in the auction, the Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth. 5. Removal is at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS during the scheduled removal times OR PAY THE ADDITIONAL FEE TO HAVE THEM PACKAGED AND SHIPPED; NO refunds or charge back's will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. All winning bid items not picked up before 4PM on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2020 are considered forfeited and abandoned. No refunds or adjustments will be given. Johnson Properties accepts no liability regarding shipping and is not liable in any event for non-delivery. Buyers are responsible for their own packing material and labor. Johnson Properties Auction staff will NOT be available to assist with load out, but will be monitoring load out. Please remember that no items will be released without possession of a paid in full invoice. If you need special arrangements, please notify Johnson Properties prior to bidding for approval of special requirements. 6. All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO RIGHT TO RETURN OR REFUND. All information including approximate year, trademark, manufacturer, size, weight, count, designer or other descriptions contained herein is provided without representation or warranty as to the accuracy of the same. The auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or defect of any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles. It is the responsibility of the bidder to examine the item(s) multiple photographs and to adjust their bids accordingly. Buyers shall rely on their own judgment and inspection and only bid based on their own inspections. All property is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults, if any. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. No guarantee whatsoever or warranty whatsoever on any lot is made by the Auctioneer. Remember that these items are not new and many will have wear and tear, scratches, etc., due to their age.
