Shipping is not available for all items (example: very large items, furniture, etc.). Payment must be made in full before items are shipped. All lots are sold "as is, where is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. The information on our lots are provided as a guide only. We do try our best to give accurate information as well as quality photos. Previews are by appointment only before the auction starts. Our lots will occationally have prop stands, measuring tape, and other displays to help showcase the items in the pictures. They will be NOT be sold with the lot unless specifically stated. If boxes and containers are shown in the pictures, they are a part of the auction lot purchase. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Lots will start closing at 15 second intervals beginning at 7:00PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots) Currency - USD All payments must be made within 72 hours after auction ends. Buyer Premium - A buyer's premium of 10% will be added. Payment Terms and Methods - You will receive an invoice and a text message on any won lots at the end of the auction. Taxes - No sales tax in Oregon. The buyer is responisble for paying any sales tax their state requires. Pick Up Terms: All items must to be picked up between: 10AM and 4PM on Saturday 12/5/2020. 10AM and 4PM on Sunday 12/6/2020. 11AM and 2PM on Monday 12/7/2020. Unclaimed Lots: Invoices will be voided and you will no longer be able to bid at our auctions.
