Auction terms ~ by bidding, you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions: ~All bidding is final. Once you have confirmed your bid, there is no going back. Please inspect each item via their photos or by contacting Blake Benson Auction Company. Items are sold as is, with no warranties or guarentees. ~All sales are final. All items are sold as is, where is, how is with no warranties or guarentees. The bidder is responsible for looking over the item to determine it's condition prior to bidding. The item's condition will be stated by the auctioneer and auction staff of Blake Benson Auction Company, and although we are honest with you, we are not responsible or liable for any errors in the description. Blake Benson Auction Company is NOT responsible for bidder's failure to examine items prior to bidding and will not make adjustments on purchased items after the item is declared "sold". ~Payment is due in full within the time limits posted in the auction. For in person auctions, payments are due the day of the auction prior to taking items off the lot. For online auctions, invoices will be sent to the winning bidder and must be paid within 24 hours upon receiving the invoice. All major credit cards are accepted. ~Credit cards are processed on HiBid soley to ensure that you are able to pay for your items and bid on items. ~Buyer's premium for credit card transactions is 13% and subject to sales tax. ~Late payments will result in a $25 fee. ~Charges for late removal or delayed removal of items from the auction site will range from $10 - $50. This will be determined based on the reason for the items not being picked up (late pick up, no-show, rescheduling). ~If you are tax exempt, you will need to fill out ST-125 prior to bidding/check out of the auction. ~Winning bidders will sign their receipt at the time of merchandise pick up indicating that all items are present. ~Blake Benson Auction Company is not responsible for interruptions in internet services, errors, omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the site. By bidding with Blake Benson Auction Company, you are accepting that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on software that may malfunction without warning. ~Once the auction beigns, bids cannot be retracted. ~Buyers are responsible for making pick-up arrangements. Curbside pick-up day will be posted in description of auction. ~Blake Benson Auction Company is not responsible for any damage left on the property after the auction, whether or not the payment has been made. ~Blake Benson Auction Company has the right to charge storage fees on items not picked up as stated in the deadlines, resulting in $10 per month. ~Items left after one month from the auction date will be subject to sale with the proceeds covering storage and auction fees. By bidding with Blake Benson Auction Company, you are entering a contract with our terms and conditions. You are accepting responsibility, as the winning bidder, and agreeing that Blake Benson Auction Company, its staff, owners, and consigners will not be held liable for any losses, claims, liabilities, judgements, expenses, fees, or other damages arising from the use of our service, website, and auction site, including property damage, injuries, and disputes.
