Terms of Auction The property in today's auction will be offered by the Auctioneer as an agent for the Seller, governed by the terms and conditions listed below. 1.`All quilts are sold with a Certificate of Authenticity from the Kuztown Folk Festival and the quilts offered here are judged to be the best available for this event, however, all items are individually made, one at a time by experienced quilters and minor irregularities might be found. 2. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY Returns or exchanges of quilts or wall hangings will be considered on a case by case basis. Requests may be made to the Kutztown Folk Festival within 10 days of receipt of the product as determined by the tracking number. Unless otherwise notified (prior to bidding), the credit card you used to register to bid with HiBid.com will be charged for your purchases within 2 hours of the auction closing. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Master Card and Discover - Please make sure that your credit card info with HiBid is accurate. You may also pay by cash (exact amount required) at pickup. If you are intending to pay by cash or cashier's check at pickup you must notify us by email (info@zettauction.com) of your wish to do so prior to the auction closing. Payment of invoices is due upon receipt of your emailed invoice. 4. There is a 3% surcharge for payment by Visa, Master Card or Discover. 5. There is a 3% Buyer's Premium on all sales, used to cover the costs of internet bidding. 6. 6% PA Sales Tax will be charged on all purchases unless they are shipped out of state or you provide a signed PA Sales Tax Exemption Form to us. 7. To arrange shipping/pickup contact the office manager at 610.683.1597. Pickup address in Kutztown, PA will be given to successful bidders. 8. We are providing internet on-line bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC reserves the right to suspend, restart and/or stop bidding in the event of an internet or bidding site malfunction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC., HiBid.com or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 12 hours before the auction begins. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. 9. You may place a MAX bid for your highest bid price and the computer system will automatically submit it as 1 bid increment higher than any existing bid up to your MAX amount. When bidding starts closing (Nov. 23, 6:30 PM) 1 item will close every 2 minutes, if a bid is received on any item during the last 2 minutes of bidding on that item the time remaining for bidding on that item will be increased by 2 minutes- until no further advances are received on that item. All items in this auction are offered with a reserve price, the bidder with the highest bid above that reserve price will be declared the winning bidder. In the event of a tie bid, the earliest bid determined by HiBid software will be accepted and the the other bidder will have the opportunity to raise his bid by the required bid increment.
