Checkout Date/Time Processing: Buyers have the option to: a. Have the animal delivered to one of three processors: Doreck's, Jackson's or Going's. Cost of processing and picking up of product is the sole responsibility of the buyer. *Poultry will be dressed and delivered free of charge. b. Sell the animal to a commercial packer for a predetermined market price. The buyer pays the difference between the winning bid and the floor price and forfeits the ownership of the animal. c. Donate the animal back to the auction. The buyer pays the full price of the winning bid. Then they forfeit the animal and the floor price is donated back to the auction to be divided between the exhibitors.

Description
This auction is for students who attend Alvin ISD to sell their livestock projects that they have worked hard raising throughout this last year. The auction is online only and will run from Monday, October 26th through Thursday, October 29th with the staggered, soft close starting at 7pm. All purchases will made through Alvin ISD and are eligible as a 501(c)3 tax deduction. Please read the Terms and Conditions for more information.

Payment: After the close of auction, winning bidders will be contacted by Alvin ISD to arrange payment and processing of the animal. Processing: Buyers have the option to: a. Market Sale Lots: By bidding on this lot, you are agreeing to pay a flat price designated for the lot. This is not an auction lot. The animals will be sold to the bidders in the order in which they placed their bids until no animals are left. Buyer must rely on own visual inspection regarding the livestock purchased. Payment Terms
Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, credit card and debit card. There is a 3% processing fee for credit and debit card transactions.
Animals will be delivered to the buyer's processor of choice following the close of auction unless the animal was floored or donated back. Buyers are responsible for the cost of the processing and picking up the product once it is ready except for poultry. Poultry will be dressed free of charge and delivered to the buyer.
