Neither Gary's Garage nor the consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property or its value, and in no event shall they be responsible for correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, authenticity, authorship, completeness, condition of the property or estimate of its value. No statement (oral or written) in the catalog, at the auction, or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation, or any assumption of responsibility. Please do not wait until the last minute to bid because you may lose out on an item. If an item is not on your invoice, you did not have the highest bid at the close of the lot. Cards will be charged at the close of the auction for the winning bid amount, 15% buyer's premium, sales tax where applicable and shipping and handling charges if items will be shipped. Auction begins closing October 26, at 6 p.m. Most items can be shipped but will have an additional $7.95 Priority shipping charge and a $3.00 handling fee, depending on weight. Add in 13% buyer's premium and must be paid before items ship. Pick ups will be 2 days, October 27 & 28. 11 p.m. to 4 p.m. only. Invoices must be paid at the close of the auction. Hold Harmless Agreement - The buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any damages, claims or liabilities from personal or property injuries caused during the sale or during the removal of any items purchased. Buyers remove items at their own risk. Items not retrieved by October 28, 2020 @ 5 p.m. will become the property of Gary's Garage/Gary Griffin. No Returns, Refunds or adjustments will be given.
