Terms & Conditions By bidding in this auction, prospective bidders agree to be bound by the following: Terms of Sale The highest bidder for each lot shall be the buyer. If there are any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, Bring Me Home Estate Sales shall make final determination on who the winner bidder is. Buyer's Premium Bring Me Home Estate Sales LLC will charge and retain a non-negotiable 10% buyer's commission from the proceeds of any sale on the final bid of each lot sold ('Buyer's Premium'). Payment Only credit cards, cash, and certified cashier's checks are acceptable methods of payment. Bidders with invoice totals over $1,000 will be required to pay via cash or certified cashier's check. Credit Card Purchases will be subjected to an additional 3% processing charge for swiped charges (4% for credit card numbers we have to manually key in). All declined credit cards will incur an additional $ 25.00 processing fee. Please contact Bring Me Home Estate Sales LLC with any questions. Bidders are required to pay for their purchases immediately at time of item pickup. We do not have access to the credit card information you used to verify your identity with HiBid. Lot Descriptions Though we do our best to accurately describe and/or photograph the condition of items for bid, Bring Me Home Estate Sales LLC does not warrant the condition of any lot sold. Please look at all photographs closely - If we see a flaw/chip/crack/blemish/damage in an item, we attempt to show it in a photograph so bidders are aware of it. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD AS IS, and neither Bring Me Home Estate Sales LLC nor the consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property or it's value, and in no event shall they be responsible for correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, authenticity, authorship, completeness, condition of the property or estimate of it's value. No statement (oral or written) in lot descriptions, at the auction, or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation, or any assumption of responsibility. Prospective bidders are urged to contact Bring Me Home Estate Sales LLC for detailed information regarding any lot. THERE SHALL BE NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON. The maximum obligation of Bring Me Home Estate Sales LLC for any disputes is to refund the purchase price at Bring Me Home Estate Sales LLC's sole discretion. Minimum Bid Bring Me Home Estate Sales does not have reserves on any item in this auction. What other companies place as a reserve price we use as a starting bid. We do this so all bidders know prior to bidding what the minimum bid amount needed for the item to sell. Preview: There will be no on-site preview for items in this sale. After the Auction Successful bidders are expected to pay for their purchases and pick up their items at the designated pickup date/time. Buyer is to pickup all items of a multi-item lot. Buyers will need to bring boxes and packing material for all items purchased. For large items, purchasers will need to bring their own moving equipment, labor, and tools. If you cannot make the designated pickup date/time, you need to contact Bring Me Home Estate Sales LLC prior to bidding to make alternative arrangements. Failure to pick up items will result in forfeiture of items purchased. Failure to pick up on designated pickup date (or initiate/respond to communication with Bring Me Home Estate Sales to make alternate arrangements for payment/pickup/shipping within 7 days of the auction close date) will be considered a forfeiture by the bidder and may subject the bidder to a permanent ban on bidding in our auctions in the future. Successful bidders are responsible for payment in full for all item's purchased, even if they fail to pick them up. The address for item pickup will be e-mailed out with your invoice shortly after the auction closes. Shipping Bring Me Home Estate Sales LLC is not in the shipping business. Our preference is for local item pickup. We are willing to ship some smaller items UPS, USPS priority mail, or other shipping method of our choosing. Items we will be willing to ship will be marked in the listing. Please do not bid on items not marked as available for shipping if you cannot pick them up in person. The cost of shipping and handling is NOT included in your bid. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for all charges before we ship - You will need to contact us with your name, address, and credit card information to pay for your item(s) and shipping prior to us mailing your item(s) out. Bring Me Home Estate Sales will charge your credit card for your purchase (+4% credit card processing charge) while we are on the phone with you. Once actual shipping costs are known, Bring Me Home Estate Sales will make a 2nd charge to your credit card for the shipping (+4% processing charge). Failure to pay shipping and handling costs will be considered an abandonment if the item(s) purchased & no refund will be given. Due to the time and supplies costs associated with shipping fragile/breakable items, we now need to charge a $5 packing fee for each lot after the 1st one for fragile items. (i.e. 2 lots - $5, 3 lots - $10, 4 lots - $15, etc...). Removal - Local Pick-up HiBid will send out the the address of the sale location along with a link to your invoice to successful bidders shortly after the auction closes. Item removal is scheduled for Sunday, November 1, 2020 from 11am - 6pm. No items may be removed until payment has been made in full. Items are to be picked up during the designated date/times. Do not show up outside of listed pickup hours on the pickup date without express permission from Bring Me Home Estate Sales. Pay your invoice in full. After payment is received in full by Bring Me Home Estatesales LLC, items will be designated available for removal. 3. Buyer is responsible for removal of all items purchased, Please contact Bring Me Home Estatesales LLC if you have a question about removal procedures. 4. If there is any issues buyer MUST contact Bring Me Home Estatesales LLC prior to removal of any items, so we can try to resolve any such issues. 5. Failure to remove all lots by the removal date results in Buyer's violation of the terms of the auction sale, providing Bring Me Home Estatesales LLC with the right to exercise any options. Buyer will be solely responsible for all costs of these options. 6. Please bring appropriate carts/dollies/helping hands for removal of large items. 7. Masks must be worn during item pick-up. Open Platform HiBid is a public auction platform available to everyone over the age of 18. Our employees are not prohibited from bidding on any item they want. Disclaimer Bring Me Home Estate Sales LLC is hired to represent and facilitate the private transactions of these items between the estate owners and their representatives to the purchasers. Bring Me Home Estate Sales LLC is not a retail outlet and does not withhold any sale or other taxes. If any items purchased are subject to taxation by any jurisdiction, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay those taxes to the appropriate taxation agency.
