1. No Items are to be removed from the auction premises or shipped until paid for in full. 2.There is a 10% flat buyer's premium in effect for this auction. 3.Pickups are on a designated day and time frame and must be met. Buyer assumes responsibility to make arrangements with The Green Giraffe Auctions & Estate Sales to pick up their item(s). If items are not picked up within 5 days of the close of the auction and alternate arrangements cannot be made, we reserve the right to consider these items abandoned property. They will be resold or otherwise disposed of without compensation. We will not move items from auction site to the shop. You must pick up your items at auction location. Please be prepared to move your own items. We may not always be able to assist. 4.All bidders should be aware of their tax liabilities when bidding. All purchases in New York State will be subject to 8.00% sales tax, unless the purchaser has a New York State Sales Tax Exemption Number. Exemption numbers from other states are not valid in New York. A current New York Out-of-State Resale Certificate (OSR) must be provided for exemption. 5.Returned (bounced) checks incur a $25 dollar charge. 6.All items are sold in "as-is" condition with all its faults, no warranty implied or intended. 7.All sales are final. There will be no refunds, replacements or exchanges. All items are made available to the buyer for inquiry and questions. Written and oral descriptions are the opinions of The Green Giraffe and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. We try our best to point out any blemish or damage to an item 8. The bidder assumes full responsibility for items at the conclusion of the online auction. A bid entered by mistake on the bidder's part is NOT grounds for a cancellation of the bid. Each bidder is responsible for his or her own account and bids. Allowing access to another individual who enters a bid without your knowledge will NOT be grounds for a rescission of the bid(s). Any bid made on your account will bind you to the bid in accordance with these terms.
