BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. For example, if you win the bid on an item at $100.00 your final bill will be $110.00. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard , Discover, American Express & Cash. Payment will be taken via online payment or at pickup on 11/07/2020 Payment must be made within 48 hours after the auction closing and prior to removing your items at the load-out/pickup. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the auction closing (11/05/2020) your items will be forfeited and your card on file will be charged for your whole outstanding invoice amount. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING PERSONAL CHECKS FOR ANY REASON STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm EST at the rate of 2 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at the specified location on the their invoice. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all items. Please bring your own packing materials, moving equipment, manpower and tools.
