There can be 2 bidders at the same amount but whichever the auctioneer accepts first will stand as the bidder for that item.PAYMENT AND TAXES: Methods of Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and personal checks. While the Auctioneer will, to the best of his/her ability, describe the items for sale, there are no warranties, expressed or implied, that the property offered for sale is what it is described to be by the Auctioneer or the catalog. The bidder is solely responsible for determining the age, size, condition and value of the property before bidding. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consignor will be held responsible for any descriptions of the rarity, quality, condition, size, importance, or provenance of the property, and no statement, whether oral or written, by the Auctioneer or by any representative of Full Service Auctions shall be deemed a warranty or representation regarding the property offered for sale.CONDITION REPORTS: Prospective buyers should satisfy themselves by personal inspection as to the condition of each lot. Although condition reports may be given on request, such reports are statements of opinion only. The absence of a condition report does not imply that the property is in good condition. All dimensions are approximate. Full-Service Auctions will make every reasonable effort to respond to all emails or phone calls relative to condition up until 24 hours before the sale. If there is no condition report on the web it does not necessarily mean that the item is without repair, refinish, restoration etc. It is the responsibility of the prospective purchaser to contact Full-Service Auctions if they are concerned about the condition of an item beyond what is listed online.BIDDING CONTRACT: Your bid is a legally binding contract. Upon the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, title will pass to the highest bidder, and the property is there after at the purchaser's sole risk and responsibility. Users must register and be approved to bid before the auction. Full-Service Auctions reserves the right to deny approval for any reason. Accounts with private feedback will not be approved under any circumstances.
Auction House will help arrange shipment, at buyer's expense there is a $5.00 shipping fee. This fee will be added to buyers invoice. We use the UPS store for larger items, we do not know shipping prices for these items. For easy to ship items we ship priority thru the post office.
