Any HANDGUNS OR LONG GUNS purchased without a FFL must be picked up and registered at Clear Spring Gun Shop 13708 National Pike, Clear Spring, MD 21722. The gun shop can be reached at 301-582-4747 and pickup is Tuesday November 3rd from 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ONLY: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. A 15% Buyers Premium applies and will be added to all winning bids. Announcement day of sale takes precedence over all printed material. NO REFUNDS will be granted should items won at auction fail to be picked up at the designated time and date. Any items left behind after 14 days will be considered abandoned. INVOICES are processed the following business day after the auction closes. Maryland Sales tax of 6% will be added to the winning bid price plus the 15% premium. Tax exempt buyers must email their tax certificates to elwoodsauction@gmail.com prior to the closing of auction.
