Description	We are settling the Lawrence family estate. They are an old farm family from northern Indiana so you're going to find everything from tools to glassware to antiques to furniture and much more! We are also going to start a series of Christmas auctions with both new and old items. These will be on Thursdays, so please check them out, as well! Previews and Pick-Ups are Fridays from 11 to 5. Auction Dates: 10/20/20 to 10/28/20 @ 7 PM This will be a "soft close" auction with lots going off every 15 seconds unless bidding occurs in the last 2 minutes which will extend the time by 2 minutes. We also can provide shipping to those in need . This will be a separate charge, but our rates are reasonable and we can ship nearly anything! Please email in advance if possible if you will need your items shipped. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed * We reserve the right to cancel any bid at our discretion. * Sales tax will be charged unless presented in advance the proper paperwork * Buyer's Premium is 15% * The credit card on file will be charged for payment in full. * Pick-up Friday 11 to 5.
