Description	We are a retail discount store in Dayton, Texas. This auction will be items that were bid on but not picked up and a variety of new store stock items. We are a pick up only auction. We do not have shipping. The pick up days for this auction will be Friday October 23, 2020 12-6pm and Saturday October 24, 2020 from 10am-4pm. Please do not bid if you are not able to pick up during these times.

Terms and Conditions

All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion. We will charge a sales tax of 8.25% 10% Buyer's premium rate charged. All items must be picked up during the listed pick up time. No Shipping We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express Must be at least 18 years of age to bid MERCHANDISE NOT REMOVED BY THE STATED DATE AND HOUR WILL REVERT TO SELLER'S POSSESSION, WITH ALL RIGHTS AND TITLE TO THE EQUIPMENT FORFEITED. FAILURE TO REMOVE MERCHANDISE DOES NOT RELEIVE BUYER OF RESPONSIBILITY OF PAYING FOR THE MERCHANDISE, AND REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
