This will be offered in three tracts separately and as a whole. We will be selling this property in as is condition. This is a large, spacious home that needs a little TLC, but has a new roof and AC unit. The home sets off the highway with a paved driveway and a 40'x100' 3-bay all metal shop building with water and power. There is road frontage on two sides. Pre-bidding on these tracts will be available online. Online bidding will stop at 5PM day before the live auction. These bids will be used as the starting bids at the live auction. If you are the high bidder, or if you have serious interest in the property, you will need to be present at the live auction or on the phone with one of our bid assistants.
