Description	Die Cast, Vintage toys and Collectibles. Die Cast vehicles of all makes and modes. Assorted scales, Matchbox, Gearbox, Nascar, some autographed, most still in the original boxes. Vintage toys of all types, tin toys, tonka, buddy L, Madame Alexander, cap guns, and Collectibles, mostly sports related, several autographed pieces. 350 plus lots. Live Webcast starting at 10 a.m. EST. Also in house bidding for those who want to participate in person. We will also be running a building clean out auction at the same time. This one is not online and has in house participation only. Assorted items from yard tools to tool boxes to knick knacks. Catalog and photos for the die cast auction coming as we get them lotted. Terms and Conditions

All items sold as is, where is. No warranty expressed or implied. All items must be removed the day of sale. Vicary Auctions will work with buyers to arrange alternate pickup for large items. All items must be paid for before shipping amounts will be figured. Large items must be paid for before pick up!! Larger Items and Vehicles Will Not Be SHipped!!!! If you would like to pick up any of your items the Auction House will be open Monday, October 26, 2020 9-5 EST. If you need an alternate date please contact us to make arrangements by Monday, October 26, 2020 by 5 pm EST for your credit card listed with Hibid will be ran and shipping calculated and ran also. All Items purchased online will need to be paid for first. Once your balance has been satisfied we will then figure the shipping that works best for you and then shipping cost must be paid before we ship the item. The internet company that you registered with will pass your credit card information on to us, unpaid invoices will be sent when the auction has ended. Credit cards will be ran on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. If items are not paid for Vicary Auctions reserves the right to block unpaid bidders from bidding in future auctions. Auction house will be open on Monday, October 26, 2020 9-5 EST, for those wanting to pick items up to avoid shipping cost. If you need to pick up another day please contact us by 5 PM Monday to let us know a date and time. Valid Photo ID required for registration. The majority of our items will sell with no reserve; however, there are times that a reserve may be necessary. Vicary Auctioneers will announce there is a reserve before the item is auctioned if a reserve has been placed on an item. Vicary Auctions reserves the right to sell at public auction (minus normal sales commission) any property left in storage over 30 days. 10% buyer's permium for all in house Bidders 15% buyer's premium for phone, absentee and online Bidders 7% Indiana Sales Tax Payments Accepted in the form of cash, check, cashier's check, MasterCard or Visa (3% convenience fee for use of MC/Visa). We should receive your credit card information you registed with from HiBid. Your credit card will be ran on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 for items won during auction . Out of state checks require a bank letter of credit for any amounts over $5,000 $50 returned check fee will be charged on any returned checks.

Shipping / Pick Up

All items purchased by in house bidders must be removed from the premises the day of the auction unless other arrangements have been made with in house staff of Vicary Auctions. Items won through internet, phone or absentee bid must be paid in full before shipping is calculated. All items for in house bidders must be removed the day of sale. Vicary Auctions will work with buyers to arrange alternate pickup for large items. All items must be paid for before shipping amounts will be figured. Large items must be paid for before pick up!! FURNITURE, CABINETS AND VEHICLES WILL NOT BE SHIPPED. PICK UP ONLY!!! CALL TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PICK UP!!! All Items purchased online will need to be paid for first. Once your balance has been satisfied we will then figure the shipping that works best for you and then shipping cost balance must be paid before we ship the item. FURNITURE, CABINETS AND VEHICLES WILL NOT BE SHIPPED. PICK UP ONLY!! Hibid will pass your credit card information used for registration on to us and we will then use that credit card information to make payment on your invoice on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. If you are wanting to pick up your items the Auction House will be open Monday, October 26, 2020 from 9-5. If you need other arrangements please contact the Auction House by Monday at 5 pm. Any items not picked up or shipping arrangements made within 30 days of auction, will become property of Vicary Auctions for resale at a later date. Bidder then forfeits items and any monies paid.
