REGISTRATION & BID NUMBER ACCEPTANCE: By registering and accepting a bid number online, the bidder acknowledges they have read, understand and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of Auction posted online in this document.
ONLINE BIDDERS: When you register for a bidder number your credit card number will be retained and charged for your purchase.
By clicking the accept button online, you enter in to a binding legal agreement with Mill Creek Mercantile LLC. Mill Creek Mercantile LLC is providing Internet online bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that internet service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Mill Creek Mercantile LLC or anyone else if their Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. The auction will have a staggered and soft close. Soft close is set at 1 minute. START AND CLOSE: BIDDING STARTS: 9 AM (PT) October 18, 2020. BIDDING STARTS TO CLOSE: 9 AM (PT) October 24, 2020. Lots will have a "STAGGERED" and "SOFT CLOSE". You will be notified by email invoice if you are the winning bidder. Email invoices will start to be sent as soon as the Auction closes.
What is a "STAGGERED CLOSE"? The lots do not close all at the same time. Lots will have a staggered closing using a mixed sequence. Follow the clock to the right of each lot to know the exact closing time of a particular lot.
What is a "SOFT CLOSE"?? If a bid is submitted and confirmed during the last 1 minute before closing, then the time will be extended on that lot by 1 minute. This will continue until a full minute pass without a new bid on that lot.
MINIMUM BID INCREMENTS:
Up to $15 Increment is $1.00
Up to $40 Increment is $2.00
Above $40 Increment is $5.00
GENERAL TERMS OF AUCTION: It is the bidder's responsibility to preview and inspect the items prior to bidding/buying and determine the condition of the item they are bidding on. All articles of merchandise are offered "As Is, Where Is" by lot, individually or in groups as described in the online catalog. Multiple photos have been posted of each lot, in order to show the most accurate condition. Any chips, cracks, or blemishes have been photographed and posted to the best of our knowledge. No claim will be considered for allowance adjustment or rescission of any sale based upon the failure of the property to correspond to any particular standards or expectations of the buyer. It is important that the buyer avail themselves of the inspection periods. All items sold "AS IS" meaning the bidder is responsible for due diligence in inspecting all items. Mill Creek Mercantile LLC will pass on any information, good or bad, that the seller gives to us in describing the items. However, it is up to buyer to determine the condition of the item they are bidding on. All sales are final. When a bidder is awarded the winning bid on an item, that bidder instantly becomes the new owner of that item and is completely responsible for that item. MILL CREEK MERCANTILE LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW OR RE-CATALOG ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION. ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE APPROXIMATE.
PREVIEW DATE & TIME: 9AM-4PM October 23, 2020- Address will be disclosed prior to preview.
PAYMENT: Payment in full is due at the closing of the online bidding. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AT THE CLOSE OF AUCTION. Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full. There is an additional 3% fee to use any card. To pay by cash please send note through your hibid account or call auction office at 503-743-3331.
BUYERS PREMIUM: Premium will be added to EACH LOT purchased at the following rate: Items selling up to $5000.00 - 10% $5001.00 and over - 5%
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES: An additional 3% processing fee will be charged. We accept: Visa or Master Card. Your credit card number will be retained, for this auction only, and charged for your purchase(s) unless prior arrangements have been made with management for alternate payment. To pay by cash, please send note through your hibid account or call the auction office at 503-743-3331.
REMOVAL OF ITEMS/SHIPPING & HOLD HARMLESS: The buyer is solely responsible for removal and shipping of their own purchases. Items may be picked up on October 24, 2020 or October 27, 2020, 9am - 4pm. All items must be picked up by 4pm October 27, 2020. ANY ITEM(S) LEFT AFTER 4PM OCTOBER 27, 2020 WILL INCURE STORAGE CHARGES OF $50 PER DAY AND/OR ITEMS WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED AND WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF MILL CREEK MERCANTILE LLC.
HOLD HARMLESS: The purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MILL CREEK MERCANTILE LLC and the seller, against any and all liability, loss, costs, damages and other expenses arising from loading out of items by Mill Creek Mercantile LLC or Pacific Sign & Screen Printing LLC. on the purchaser's behalf. All lots must be removed within the times noted in these terms and conditions.

PURCHASER SHALL MAKE HIS OWN ARRANGEMENTS FOR INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR ALL ITEMS PURCHASED.
