Summit Auction Gallery Terms & Conditions All items are sold, As Is, Where Is, without any warranties expressed or implied. Bidding Increments will be followed throughout the auction without exception and is as follows: $0 - $50 by $5 $50 - $200 by $10 $200 - $500 by $25 $500 - $1,000 by $50 $1,000 - $2,500 by $100 $2,500 - $10,000 by $250 $10,000 - $20,000 by $500 $20,000 - $50,000 by $1,000 Auctioneer's Discretion beyond $50,000 Buyer's Premium will be charged at a rate of 23% on the Hammer Price for each item. Invoices will be sent night the auction ends, with specific instructions for pick-up and shipping of items. You can pay online for your payments upon receipt of your invoice. Shipping can be arranged for customers unable to pick-up personally and will be handled by our 3rd Party Shipper or a shipper of your chosing.

Payment Terms	We prefer payment via Paypal upon receipt of the invoice. Larger invoices may be asked to pay via Wire Transfer. Payment for those picking up locally can be made via Credit Card or Cash in most instances.

Shipping / Pick Up

Local Pick-up will be available Friday Oct. 30th or Saturday Oct. 31st. Items to be shipped should be paid for upon receipt of your Invoice. 3rd party shippers will be used for shipment of items in this auction, due to the values and nature of the merchandise. Once items are paid for they can be released to local shipper.

Assets aged 10-15 years or more may require increased finance charges. Financing approval may require pledge of collateral as security.
