Buyer assumes responsibility to make arrangements with Mapes Auctioneers & Appraisers to pickup their item. If items are not picked up within 30 days of the close of the auction and alternate arrangements can not be made, we reserve the right to consider these items abandoned property. They will be resold or otherwise disposed of without compensation. 4.All bidders should be aware of their tax liabilities when bidding. All purchases in New York Sate will be subject to 8.00% sales tax, unless the purchaser has a New York State Sales Tax Exemption Number. Exemption numbers from other states are not valid in New York.
