Pickup for this auction is the first Friday or Saturday, from 10am to 6pm, immediately following this auction. Items must be picked up on these days. Any items left after the first Saturday following this auction will be disposed of and any payments that have been collected will be applied to the disposal fee. If you need other arrangements for pickup or shipping, please contact us and we'll work them out with you. You must pick your items up on the first available pick up date following your auction. Details will be found under the pickup/shipping tab for this auction. There will also be pick up details in the email your receive with your receipt. If you fail to pick up your items, they will be resold and re-listing fees up to the amount of your purchase will apply. You understand and agree that we will charge these fees to your credit card on file. Please note that when you enter into a bid, you enter into a binding contract to purchase your item per the terms listed. Please do not bid if you don't intend to follow through on your purchase. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject your bid at the close of the auction, even if you're not the high bidder. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of auction close if your bid has been accepted. There is a $200 relisting fee on any item that you bid on, win and fail to pay for. If you dispute the charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge. You are responsible for understanding the regulations in your state concerning the shipping of certain items. If you purchase an item that is not legal to ship to your state, re-listing fee will apply. 18% Buyers Fee on All Purchases 7% Sales Tax for North Dakota residents All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason.
