All items to be removed from auction field within 1 week unless arrangements have been made with Management. All purchased items become the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the item is sold. There will be a Titled Vehicle Entry Fee added to all Titled items $20 Paid by Seller $40 Paid by Buyer. Fee includes: Title processing and USPS Priority Mail (with tracking number) delivery, if applicable. Cash buyers on titled items may take the title upon payment. Those paying with check will receive title upon check clearing. No Buyers Premium for On-Site Buyers , Internet Buyers will have a 5% buyers premium with no cap + 3% if paying with a credit or debit card. Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and resposnibility of the Buyer. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The described condition or representation of hours, use, and miles is provided as a courtesy and not guaranteed by the Seller(s) or the Auction company.
