Hotel accomodations in Anderson IN Only 10 minutes to the auction. Directions: From Anderson I 69 Exit 26 go South on HWY 109 4.5 miles to US HWY 36. Turn East (left), go 2.5 miles to Auction site. Parking: 15 acres just West of Auction field. Shuttle carts available for assistance and food and drinks available. Friday's Auction will be held inside our barn but dress warm and please be aware that even though we have salted our lot many slick places remain and to be cautious.

Terms and Conditions

Terms: Cash, Checks will be scanned for verification and electronic deposit. Payment by Credit Cards (Master Card, Visa, or Discover) will be charged 3% in additon to the purchased amount. This applies to onsite and Internet bidders. Online bidders will have a 5% buyers premium per item with a $750 max cap premium per item added to their final invoice total. Sales tax will be charged where applicable. All items to be removed from auction field within 1 week unless arrangements have been made with Management. All purchased items become the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the item is sold. There will be a Titled Vehicle Entry Fee added to all Titled items $20 Paid by Seller $40 Paid by Buyer. Fee includes: Title processing and USPS Priority Mail (with tracking number) delivery, if applicable. Cash buyers on titled items may take the title upon payment. Those paying with check will receive title upon check clearing. No Buyers Premium for On-Site Buyers , Online bidders will have a 5% buyers premium per item with a $750 max cap premium per item added to their final invoice total. + 3% if paying with a credit or debit card. Imediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and resposnibility of the Buyer. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company.
