Description	Friday, October 23rd at 4:00 PM EST Auction Location: 2048 North Mechanicsburg Road Shirley, IN 47384 Carl “Gene” Cain Tractor, Equipment, & Misc. Collection to be sold to the highest bidder in their current condition. Gene was a longtime customer of our auction company and was a fan and collector of older tractors and equipment. All of the items in the auction have been sitting for several years and most need some repairs and maintenance. This will be a live onsite Auction with absentee bidding available up untill 2pm on day of the Auction. Absentee bids submitted will be excercised during the live auction. There are very few small items so this auction will be quick so please be on time. Loading equipment will be available for assistance on day of auction.

Personal Property: All items sell As Is Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Good Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover (3% surcharge) No buyers premuim will be charged to onsite bidders. 10% buyers premium to online absentee buyers. Vehicle titles will be released after check clears or available immediately with cash payment Payment is due day of auction by close of auction. Pick up of items day of auction. Shipping / Pick Up

No shipping will be offered for the items included in this auction. Items are to be picked up by the close of auction, October 23rd 2020 or by arrangement.
