Pickup Time: 10:00am to 2:00pm - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY -
Pickup Location: Middle Haddam, CT
COVID-19 NOTICE: All pickups will be given a pickup window BY APPOINTMENT during the above listed time. Appointments will be given on a first come first serve basis and limited to availability. We will do our best to be sure all pickup times work for your schedule. For the most options of pickup windows, please contact the auctioneer immediately AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES! to make arrangements. We will be following all Government guidelines for a safe and secure pickup, FACE MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENTER PROPERTY!
These pickup dates & times are firm and non-negotiable. ALL lots must be picked up during this window unless previous shipping or pickup arrangements have been made with the auctioneer directly. If you cannot make arrangements to pick up your items during this time OR you do not plan to have your items shipped, please do not bid as no refunds will be given (See terms below).
All invoices are to be paid no later than 24 hours after the close of the auction. Invoices for successful bidders will be sent out the evening of the auction close. Credit cards placed on file will be automatically billed at 10:00pm EST following the close of the auction. In Person Payments are not accepted for our auctions - No Exceptions
3. BUYER'S PREMIUM
A buyer's premium of 18% is added to the hammer price of each item. Sales taxes are applied to all purchases unless a valid resale certificate is on file prior to the completion of the auction.
Condition reports are made to the best of our ability, but are not guaranteed. No employee is authorized to make any warranties, expressed or implied, on behalf of East-Wing Estate Sales, LLC. Items described as "possibly", "probably" or "attributed to" are not to be considered a guarantee, but rather the opinion of the auctioneer. No guarantees can be made in relation to an items condition. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
5. PICK-UP OF ITEMS
Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the purchaser. All successful bidders shall pickup all items during and within the scheduled pickup dates listed on this auction. All remaining items left or otherwise not pickup up in any manner by the successful bidder are to be considered abandoned, and NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, or CREDIT is to be given under any circumstances. Buyers are ultimately responsible for the pickup, packaging, and moving of their purchases at the pickup location.
The exact pickup location and address will be provided with the final paid invoice to successful bidders at the time of the auctions close.
Third party shipping is available on "Most" auction items, unless otherwise specified in the item listing. You can request shipping on items by emailing our team AFTER you receive your PAID INVOICE to request your items to be shipped. Simply reply to your paid invoice requesting shipping and we'll be sure you items are claimed at the pickup and brought to a UPS store. A $5 transfer fee will be applied to each invoice, unless otherwise specified in the item description. Please note that East-Wing Estate Sales, LLC does NOT pack or ship items.

Please contact the Auctioneer DIRECTLY regarding all shipping needs. The auctioneer must be notified if you need lots to be shipped, items will be considered surrendered with NO REFUND GIVEN if no prior notice is given. Please note, ALL remaining non picked up lots after the pickup window are left at the home, and NO access to purchased lots is available after the scheduled pickup date. Please make all necessary arrangements with the auctioneer ASAP!
