Description	Included in this auction is our Annual Seasonal Decor. This portion of the sale will constitute the first offering of lots. We have held the best of holiday decor out since last year to present to you. You will find fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We will be starting at 1 p.m. for that reason. When the seasonal items are over the lots will roll on into the estate portion until close as is our custom. We have many vehicles this time, three estates and four partials with a plethora of antiques, collectibles, furniture, appliances, hunting compound & cross bows and possibly firearms. Look for gold, silver and jewelry as well. This sale will be being built over the next 12 days so come again and again for updates. Preview will be Friday, October 23rd from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., or by appointment. The gallery is closed to the public on October 21st and 22nd. Payment Terms	All payments will be made directly to Barber Auctions on Saturday, October 24th from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m., and/or Sunday, October 25th from 1-2 p.m. A 10% premium is in effect on all purchases unless otherwise stated. If you win items and cannot pick them up, but need them shipped, payment is your resposibility by phone (Ronda 479-298-3034) on SATURDAY, October 24th. Non-payers will be blocked from bidding in future sales and will unfortunately will be given negative feedback viewable to all other auction companies.

Shipping / Pick Up

Items are to be picked up at the Butler Creek Auction Gallery on October 24th from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m. and Sunday, October 25th from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. If you need your items shipped, we will work with our third-party shipper and you may call Ronda AFTER close of auction on Saturday, October 24th for shipping arrangements @ 479-298-3034 (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.).
