REGISTRATION: a) Before bidding you must read and accept all of the Terms and Conditions of bidding. READ ALL TERMS CAREFULLY! When you click the "Register to Bid" button, you enter into a legal binding agreement with Reinland Auctioneers & Liquidators. b) Registering to bid is free. You must provide a credit card during registration. This card will only be charged if you have unpaid items after the last checkout date. The amount charged will include high bid price, buyer's premium, and any applicable sales tax. BIDDING: a) All bids submitted are final and irrevocable, whether they are submitted in person, online, or by proxy. If you are the highest bidder you are the new owner of that item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. b) Reinland Auctioneers & Liquidators reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual. Successful bidders are required to pay a buyer's premium on each item purchased. The buyer's premium is 13% on this auction (with a 5% discount for cash). Customers must pay for purchases pursuant to the Payment Terms. CONDITION OF ITEMS: a) ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS". We make no representations or warranties with respect to the items in our auctions. We recommend you visit our website or auction site to inspect any items you would like to buy before bidding. You may also send someone to the site to conduct the inspection on your behalf. b) No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles, as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse. RESPONSIBILITY AND OWNERSHIP: a) Every item becomes the responsibility of the new owner as soon as the online auction is concluded. If you are the highest bidder, you are responsible for insuring your purchase immediately. b) Buyer should come prepared to pack and load their items. We may be able to assist but cannot guarantee staff will be available to assist everyone. PAYMENT: a) Purchases must be paid in full before items can be picked up. b) During checkout you can pay with cash, debit card, or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. c) Any items not paid for within two (2) business days of the concluded auction will have a 25% late fee added to their final invoice. Any item not picked up within three (2) business days of the concluded auction will have a $25 per day/item storage fee added to their final invoice. d) ALL UNPAID ITEMS WILL RESULT IN A FORFEITURE OF FUTURE BID CARDS. e) The credit card you provide during the registration process will only be charged if you have unpaid items after the last checkout date. The amount charged will include the high bid price, buyer's premium, and any applicable sales tax. f) Resellers must submit proper paperwork (reseller's permit) before processing payment. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged. g) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card.
