1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND PICKED UP by Saturday @ 4:00pm. 2. Everything is sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their inspection and information. 3. Every effort is made to "guard" merchandise throughout the auction; however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased by the individual immediately following their winning bid. Therefore, individuals are advised to further guard their items at their own discretion. 4. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have entered into a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "Mistakes." We do our best to try to describe and research items, we are only human and therefore prone to errors. It is bidder's responsibility to preview items and bid accordingly. 5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel are in the best interest of the client or seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct or actions adversely impacts the interest of the seller. 6. 13% buyer's premium on each item purchased. 7. Purchaser will pay all legal state sales tax, unless exemption requirements are met. 8. Payment may be made by Venmo, cash or debit and credit cards accepted with a 3% convenience fee. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged after 4:00pm on the Saturday following the auction 9. Loading is responsibility of buyer, bring help if needed. Buyer agrees to pick up their winning items by the Saturday following the auction by 4:00pm or their items will be disposed of or auctioned off again. 10. All Ammo will need to paid with cash or Venmo.
