Cash or Checks only please. No credit cards. 12% buyer premium applied to all purchases. Payment and pickup is Friday, October 23rd from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at 1326 Flax Island Road, Otego, NY 13825. We will have equipment for loading the heavy items on hand. Payment and pickup is on the specified date and times. Anyone who does not observe the payment and pickup times will immediately have their credit card billed at 20% Buyer Premium. Additionally, if the auction is at a location other than our Bainbridge Facility, items won will have to be moved and charges commensurate with time and labor for our staff to move the item(s) to Bainbridge will be added and these fees can be pretty stiff. Any items not picked up within 30 days after any auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without any compensation. Please pick-up and pay for your purchases. We realize that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and a simple phone call to our office may avoid these harsh terms. Grossly negligent offenders however, will be banned from all our future auctions.
