Description	The current pandemic forced the cancellation of the New Hamburg Mennonite Relief Sale (NHMRS), an annual event with over 40 venues and numerous volunteers sharing their passion for assisting others in need. NHMRS responded with a Spring into Auction online quilt auction held on May 30, 2020 during which participants helped raise over $85,000 for Mennonite Central Committee (MCC). Encouraged by the spring auction's success, the NHMRS decided to hold a fall online auction on October 17.

Terms and Conditions

1. All items are sold "as is", where New Hamburg Mennonite Relief Sale (NHMRS) nor the auctioneer assume liability for any guarantee made by the seller. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. 2. The auctioneer shall have the right to accept or reject any bid. In all cases the auctioneer's decision shall be final. 3. in the case of system failures, NHMRS reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the webcast portion of the auction. 4. The auction is held in Canadian funds (CAD). 5. All purchases at this charity auction are tax exempt. 6. No buyer's premium will be applied to this auction. 7. Full payment of all items is required prior to release of goods. 8. Payment can be made by credit card only. 9. Purchases will be charged to the credit card which was provided at the time of registration. This charge will occur on the day of the auction after the auction has ended. 10. Costs for shipping, insurance, customs, or duty are the exclusive responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser will be solely responsible for any loss or damage not covered by insurance. 11. Successful bidders will be contacted to arrange for pickup or shipping of their purchase. Government issued ID is required to pick up purchases. 12.
