The Schuerman family were originally from the Alhambra area and moved Highland in the late 80s early 90s to the home on Stone Dr Highland IL. where they lived for many years collecting and accumalating alot of good items. The family will be offering for sale antiques, glassware, furniture, some tools and more, we will continue adding lots as we continue unpacking items, PLEASE KEEP CHECKING BACK! Bidding starts Sept 29 th 7:00 PM CST Bidding End Oct 22nd starting at 5:30 PM CST (soft close) The Credit Card on file will be charged at the close of the suction unless prior arrangements have been made! (no exceptions) A 3% surcharge will be added to the amount of the purchase and will be charged to your credit card upon settlement of purchases along with a 10% buyers premium immediately following the close of the auction. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check (Prior arangements need to be made before auction closes OR by adding to your notes at the registration of this sale) upon pickup will have no surcharge but will still be charged a 10% buyers premium. Items not picked up in 7days or if arrangements have not been made those items WILL BE DISPOSED OF OR RESOLD BY MOLLETT AUCTION SERVCE ( original buyer of these items will have no right to the proceeds of said items).

If prior pick up arrangement were made and items not picked up by end of pick up time, your credit card will be charged the 3% surcharge mentioned above and a 10% buyers premium. If items have not been picked up within 7 days and arrangements have not been made those items WILL BE DISPOSED OF OR RESOLD BY MOLLETT AUCTION SERVCE ( original buyer of these items will have no right to the proceeds of said items).
