In person previews will be done on two different dates during the online auction, as listed in the auction details. All items can be viewed at the Hickory Hill Auctions location at 228 SW Range Avenue in downtown Madison, Florida. There is a 10% buyers premium on all purchases, which is taxable. If you have a resale tax certificate for the year 2020, please present this to Hickory Hill Auctions and we will not charge you tax. Once the auction closes, you will receive an invoice of your winning bids including buyers premium and sales tax, sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted as form of payment with valid picture ID when you pick up your items. All items will be picked up in downtown Madison, Florida at 228 SW Range Avenue. Bring help to move, pack, and load your purchases as man power to move your items may not be available. Two pick up days will be avaiable after the auction and listed in the auction details. Scheduling a pick up time with Hickory Hill Auctions after the auction is preferred and will take priority over others, to help stream line checkout and limit congestion. If you are unable to attend either of the two pick up days, please contact us and schedule a time. If the buyer and Hickory Hill Auctions are unable to work out a pick up time, all storage fees will be the responsability of the buyer.
