Auction Terms & Conditions: All bidders are required to read and agree to all terms & conditions of this auction. Acceptance of terms is shown by bidding on any item of this auction. TAX EXEMPT: If you are tax exempt you must notify us prior to the close of the auction, along with a copy of the form (unless we have one on file already). We can NOT remove tax once the card has been processed. All items are sold "AS IS" We will do our best to note/picture any obvious problems We recommend that you make an appointment to view an item if you wish to familiarize yourself with any items. Please feel free to call us to schedule a viewing appointment. We will give a bidder the opportunity to thoughouly inspect any item they wish to bid on. SRG Auction Service LLC and consigners make no guarantee or warranty as to the authenticity of the goods, the accuracy of the catalog. Our descriptions shall not be considered as a guarantee. PICK UP: Any winning bidder is expected to pick up their items during the specified time frame(s) at the specified location. Failure to do so will NOT result in a refund of your money. Once the specified pick up time frame(s) has passed you will have 30 days to make arrangments to pick up your items or they will become property of SRG Auction Service LLC. You will be charged $5 storage fee per day after the specified pick up time frame(s) has passed until we hear from you. This will need to be paid at the time of pick up in order to receive your winning items. SHIPMENT: If you require shipping, you must let us know before bidding to allow us the proper time to confirm or decline your shipping request. We are willing to accomodate most shipment requests. SHIPMENT PROCEDURE: Unless told otherwise, we will ship the most cost effective way via USPS. We then relay the shipping charge to the buyer plus a $5 PER LOT handling fee. PAYMENT: Emails containing your invoice as an attachment will be sent out after the auction has closed. At that time the credit card you registered with will be charged the invoice total amount. Payment must be with USD. ** If you do not see an email from srgauctionservice@gmail.com after the auction closes please check your SPAM folder. These emails are sent automatically through Hibid software. ASSISTANCE: We will do our best to assist you with loading your items. Please be patient with our staff if they are assisting someone else. It is your responsibility to bring a large enough vehicle, moving equipment and enough people to haul your winning items. Sales Tax: 8% New York State sales tax will be charged on all purchases and 13.5% buyer's premium. All items are sold as is/where is. We do not have a return policy. Our consigners expect a check after their items are sold. We do our best to describe current condition and description of the products we auction. We will make a viewing appointment if you choose to see the item in person before bidding. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. During an internet auction we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
