A buyer's premium will be added to all purchases, to be collected by the auction company from the buyers credit card used to register. Failure to pay buyers premium may yield a permanent ban from all future auctions until said buyers premium is paid.. It is the Buyers responsibility to ask the Seller if loading is available and if there are any charges. All items MUST be removed or they may be forfeit without refund. Copy of PAID receipt is required to pick up items. NO items to be removed until full settlement is made. Picture ID required at time of pickup for ALL purchases for confirmation. Buyer/Rigger must bring a copy of proof of liability insurance in order to remove large machines. Buyer/Rigger is responsible for all waste/oil/substance and any other mess created during removal. Firearms: The sale & transfer of firearms will follow federal, state, & local laws. Handgun buyers are required to present the proper transfer forms and ccw/cpl license where applicable. Out-of-state firearms buyers are required to transfer any purchases through a current FFL holder in their state of residence. No refunds will be given in the event that a firearm buyer fails to pass a NICS / background check. Familiarize yourself with the current firearms laws before bidding.
