TERMS and CONDITIONS 1. The credit card you enter to register for our on-line auction will automatically be billed if you win any items after the auction is complete. 2. There is a 13% buyers premium plus local sales tax added to all purchases. All absentee and internet bidding will be charged 13% buyers premium. There is a $3.00 Absenttee Bid Fee added to all interntet and absentee bid invoices. 3. Everything is sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees of any kind regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. Do not bid if you are not sure of what you are bidding on. Once sold it belongs to you. 4. Do not remove merchandise without auction personnel present to check you out. 5. Not responsible for merchandise left over 3 days. Storage fees may apply. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 7 DAYS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF CARL JOHNSON CO. If must leave longer please see auctioneer. 6. All Sales are final.
