Bidding & Soft Close: Bidding of 1st lot will end at 4:00PM on 10/23/20 with each subsequent lot closing 20 seconds after the prior lot. A soft close will be used. If a bid is received in the last 2 minutes of the lot offering the lot will be extended another 2 minutes--PLEASE note this will not affect the other items in the sale. You can bid each time yourself or simply enter a max bid and the auction software will bid competitively up to your maximum. In the event of tied maximum bid the winner will the bid entered first. Terms: 5% Buyer’s Premium. All invoices will be automatically charged to credit/debit card day of sale. Pick-up Sat. October 24th 9AM-Noon. If you cannot pick-up an item at that time or purchase several large items please contact auctioneer so we can make arrangements for you to pick up items. Any lots remaining on site after October 30th will be forfeited with no money returned to buyer unless you have made previous arrangements with auctioneers. Shipping is available on smaller items. Buyer will pay actual shipping cost plus a $20 handling fee to auctioneers. Shipping not available on large items. There is no loading equipment on site and buyuer's are responsible for loading own purchases. All items are being sold as-is where-is. By bidding, buyer acknowledges they have satisfied themselves to quality and condition of any and all items via physical inspection and/or waived there right to physical inspection.
