Items include 1939 John Deere Model B Farm Tractor that has been restored, John Deere Riding Mower, Pristine Condition Furntiture, Housewares, Tools, Guns, Framed Artwork, Working Victor Victrola, Vinyl LP's, Nice Outdoor Furniture, Doll Collection, Utitlity Ttailer, Vintage John Deere Hay Mower, & much more. Auction Terms include: All items are sold as is where is with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. Cash, Good Check or Major Credit Cards Accepted for payment. Credit card usage will include a 3% processing fee to final hammer price. There is a 10% buyers premium on the final hammer price of all items other than the 1939 John Deere Tractor which will be a 5% buyers premium. Shipping / Pick Up

Shipping will be offered on absentee bids received from out of town bidders who can not pick up. Any items requiring shipping will be packaged and shipped within 3 business days of payment method clearing. Furniture and large items will not be shipped.
