Description	Welders/Tools/Trailers/Household and More! PLEASE READ! Auction described as follows: Lots 1-10 have been consigned by local individuals. The rest of the items we are selling are for a local family. Lots 130-260 were under water during the flood of 2019. We will be selling from two locations. 208 Quay St. in Dardanelle and 21166 State Highway 7 North in Dardanelle. Lots 1-10 and 130-260 will be located at the Highway 7 Location. Lots 11-129 and lots 261-270 will be located at the Quay St Location We will do preview on Sunday September 20th from 11am - 3pm at both locations. Pickup will be Saturday September 26th from 8am-4pm at both locations.

Terms and Conditions

TERMS OF SALE (unless otherwised noted or announced at live auction) 1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION regardless of when it is picked up. On large items with titles, arrangements must be made between buyer and auctioneer as to method of payment and title exchange. 2. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. We are providing as much detailed information as possible and will answer any questions when asked. 3. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increments he feels is in the best interest of his client, the Seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the Seller. 4.
