1. Everything must be paid in full at the close of business on Wednesday, 10/21/2020. 2. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made by the consignor. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. 3. The Bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. If he is unsure, he should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "mistakes". 5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to except bids in any incremements feels is in the best interest of his client the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. 6. Schedule for item(s) to to be picked up will be Wednesday, 10/21/2020 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Times are Central Standard Time. 7. Shipping is available for some items upon request. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. 8. Vehicle/Trailer titles will be released upon payment with cash, certified check, or bank letter of credit. Check transactions for vehicles titles will be placed on hold pending clearance. 9. There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium that will be CAPPED at $500.00 max per lot purchased.
