Description	This auction is for a pair of families in the local area, the zip codes are 78155 (lots 1 - 63) and 78230 (lot 66 - end). These are the remainders within the homes and it includes furniture, sporting goods, electronics, household goods, and more. The auction will close on 9/19 and pickups will be by appointment only, 9/22 - 24. We will publish the schedule for that within the week.

Terms and Conditions

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are to be paid for by September 21st. This will be an online only auction. All items are sold as is, where is with all faults. By placing a bid, you are agreeing to the auction terms and are committing to pay and pick-up. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Buyer's premium rate will be 15% with a 3% discount for cash. We accept most forms of payment to include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal (yourstuffsells@aol.com), cash and check All of our auctions are regulated by the Texas Board of Auctioneers (Gary W. Rogers TX Lic #16304) For small items, we will offer shipping with a small handling fee (typically less than $5 per item). All items are sold as is where is and are described as carefully as possible The home has to be cleared out by the 27th. Any items paid for but not picked up after the 27th will be donated unless other arrangements have been made.

Shipping / Pick Up

All pickups will be by appointment only. Once you have rcvd your invoice, please call 830-358-7225 to schedule your appt, September 22 - 24, from 9 am to 4 pm. There are two locations and we will start on Tuesday, 9 - 4 at 3322 Castledale St, in San Antonio, Wednesday, we will be at 2299 Rudelofff Rd, in Seguin. One Thursday, we will be at the Cstledale address from 9 am to 12 pm and then the Seguin address from 1 pm until 4 pm. We will offer shipping on smaller items only. Please note that there will be a small handling fee for anything that will require shipping. Typically, it will be less than $5 per item. Larger items, or items that will need packing to be moved, will be more. That fee will be applied to anything needing to be taken to our office location for pick-up, as well.
