Terms and Conditions of Sale Subject to amendments and modifications announced by the auctioneer at the time of the auction, any person participating in the auction shall be bound by the following terms and conditions and as stated or otherwise set forth in this catalogue. Payment in full must be made by Mon. Sept 21, 2020 at 3:00 pm. or at time of pick-up. All payments shall be by way of Cash, Visa, Master Card, Debit or Cheque. Bidding & Invoicing will be in Canadian Dollars. A Buyers Premium of 15% will apply to all purchases. A 3% Administration Fee will apply to credit card payments. HST will be charged on the Buyers Premium. Sales taxes arising on a sale, in the absence of proof satisfactory to the auctioneer claiming exemptions shall be paid by the purchaser. No purchase will be released without payment. Syl-Mar Managment is not responsible for any issues related to problems with internet acitivity or to the Hi-Bid Auction Site. We have done our best to represent all items properly but accept no responsibilty for errors or omissions. We strongly encourage all bidders to personally verify the condition of each item during preview times. ( Mon. Sept. 14, 2020 to Thurs. Sept. 17, 2020 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Title to the lot shall not pass until payment in full is received. All sales are final on an "AS IS Where IS', "In Place" "With All Faults" basis with no conditions or warranties whether expressed, Implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, Warranties or conditions as to title, description, fitness for purpose, quantity, quality, merchantability, state, condition, location or otherwise. You agree that you are solely responsible for verifying the condition of each item. No article shall be removed unless paid for in full & all articles shall be removed within the guidelines & terms stipulated. The purchaser shall be responsible for all costs of removal & shall be liable for all damages, including without limitation, any environmental damage, caused during or as a result of the removal. Where available, documents of transfer, including motor vehicle ownership documents, which are in possession of the auctioneer, will be provided to the purchaser within seven days following the auction or as soon after as such documents are available. Syl-Mar Management Group, the Auctioneers and or Employees assumes no responsibility or any liability once title passes, which occurs at time of payment in full. Purchasers are advised to prearrange for insurance coverage of their purchase. Title will revert to seller in the event purchaser does not remove his purchase by the time specified. Auctioneers and sellers are not responsible for accidents on sale premises before, during, and after the auction day. Any item not picked up by Monday September 21 at 4:00 PM will be considered abandoned, and the purchaser will be charged any disposal fees along with the purchase price of the item. Not withstanding these terms & conditions shall continue to be in effect & automatically transferred to any assignee or transferee.
