We are auctioning off the entire property and contents of Twin Oaks Bar and Grill and two investment properties. This will include operational bar and grill, two rental houses, and the contents of the bar. Enclosed trailers, mobile home, cars, vans, smokers, car dollys, box trucks and more will be additionally auctioned off. Rental house 1 is 3 bed/1 bath and rental 2 is a 4 bed/1 bath, they both have vinyl siding and rental 2 has replacement windows and doors. Ernie Taylor (auctioneer/broker) teamed up with Wayne Foster from Foster Auction Services (contact him at 704-400-2836) to sell this amazing bar, investment properties, and the bar's contents. You MUST schedule an appointment wih Ernie Taylor in order to have a showng of the bar/rental properties.

All buyers must register and obtain a bidder number prior to the auction. Bidders registering at the auction have accepted and will abide by all auction rules and terms of the sale state herein and in the purchase and the sale agreement contract. 2. Top Team Auctions, (Auctioneer /Broker) is acting exclusive as agent for the seller. All buyers hereby agree to be self-represented by a real estate agent or broker in which no sub-agency is being offered by the auctioneer or the broker. 3. Although every effort has been made to confirm the property information as shown from sources deem to be reliable however cannot be guaranteed. All property sell in the "AS IS/WHERE lS" condition with any and all faults.
