Description	This is a third online auction for the Killeen Texas Estate , has many great Holifday decor in time for pickup, shipping may arrive late at your location and possiable after christmas . . We maybe adding a few more items during the auction, so be watching. There will be a few more online auction to reduce the amount of items so we may precede with a live auction of furniture, appliances,household goods, tools and the Real Estate and home will be auctioned off.

Terms and Conditions

1. All purchases are to be paid for in full on day of sale & prior to removal from premises. 2. All items are sold "as is--where is with no warranties expressed or implied". No refunds or exchanges. The Auctioneer assumes no liability for any guarantee made by the seller. 3. Announcements made on Auction Day take precedence over previously written material. 4. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer will decide the dispute or resell the item. 5. The Auctioneer/Auctioneering Company is not liable for any accident, injury, damage or loss incurred in connection with the sale. 6. Merchandise must be paid for today. 7. Purchaser assumes responsibility for items when "sold" or upon delivery to purchaser. 8. A 15% Buyers Premimium added to all sales, Sales tax will apply in most cases 9. Shipping fees are extra if you want your items shipped plus a $ 5.00 handleing fee. If you request additional insurance on your items , you will need to email us. You agree to acept all items and understand we do not guarentee against brreakage or damage to any items shipped. 10. Most items are insured by the carrier up to a maximum amount set by the carrier, unless you request additional insurance. Shipping / Pick Up

Shipping carriers will be UPS and/or FedEx. No PO Boxes please. All shipping fees will be charged to bidder. If you wish to insure your items you must notify us in an email in writting. We will wrap and ship all items to best of our ability but we will not guarantee against breakage. Most carriers do provide some insurance against breakage up to a limit. Please make sure to have address and payment information readily available. Local pickup will be available December 15 , 2019 between the hours of 10:00am - 1:00 pm. Central Time
